What is Bundle It?
Bundle IT allows you to save and combine content from different online and offline sources (social media, websites, podcasts, videos, screenshots) with our one-tap wonder. Your saves will be automatically tagged with the help of AI, and our magic search tool can scan through all your saved content using keywords, making it easy to find what you need when you need it. Nothing is lost.
What types of content can I currently save with Bundle It?
In the current version of Bundle it, you save a variety of content, including social media posts, articles, images, videos, podcasts, notes, and weblinks. All items will be tags and have a description. If you experience any problem with the tagging process, please sent us an email to support@bundleit.app.
Can I collaborate or share my saved content with others?
Yes! We loving connecting through knowledge and inspiration! If your friend also has Bundle It, you are ready to go. Just share your Bundle through a variety of platforms and they will receive the invite. If the receiving end does not have Bundle It, they just need to download it, and it will be ready to go.
A save shared with a friend looks blocked, what to do?
This situation can be frustrating, but it’s essential for the safety of your data. The most likely reason for this issue is that you sent the content from a private account, which does not permit forwarding. If you’re dealing with an image or text, a workaround is to take a screenshot of the post or text.
What types of content will be added in the near future?
We’re actively working to enhance your experience by adding support for videos from your camera roll, PDFs, transcripts, voice messages, and text messages. Stay tuned!
How does the keyword search work?
Our AI-driven search tool gives your content keywords the moment you save it.
You can also add your own keywords to saved content. At the moment you are searching for something, just enter a keyword and our AI tool will scan through your content.
How much storage do I have?
During the 21-day trial, we let you save as much as you like, but bulk uploads are restricted. During our paid subscription, you are capped at 50MB, and you can bulk upload. If you need more, let us know via subscriptions@bundleit.app
How often is Bundle It updated?
We regularly update Bundle It to improve performance, add new features, and enhance your experience. The latest version is always available in your app store.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription through the app or by contacting our support team. We offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked cancellation process, which will take effect in the next billing cycle
Does Bundle It provide a desktop version of the app?
Currently, Bundle It is a mobile app developed for IOS. We are also working on a version for Android and desktop.
Issue with a weblink upload?
You may notice a picture isn’t displayed when uploading a web link. Bundle It strives to showcase various link types you save—such as articles, products, recipes, and books. However, some websites may block Bundle It from accessing their content, preventing us from properly presenting it.
Alternatively, you can always take a screenshot of the website and upload it manually from your computer. If you encounter any issues with a specific URL, please send it to support@bundleit.app, and we’ll investigate it for you.
Issue with Instagram and Facebook Uploads?
You may find that images are not displayed when uploading content from Instagram or Facebook. Don't worry; the content is tagged, so you will be able to find it. You can still click on the icon to return to the original source.
Facebook and Instagram may restrict access to their content, preventing us from showing it properly. This is a known issue, and we are working to resolve it in the next app version.
As a temporary alternative, you can always take a screenshot of the content, upload it, and add tags. Please let us know if you have any questions at support@bundleit.app.
Can I organize my saves into categories?
Yes, you can easily create a bundle where you save everything about a certain subject or goal.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription through the app or by contacting our support team. We offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked cancellation process, which will take effect in the next billing cycle
What happens to my 'saves' when I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your content becomes inaccessible immediately and is permanently deleted within 15 days. We always send reminders before taking any action on inactive accounts.
Help! It takes a lot if time to upload my image or video.
The time it takes to upload something to the app depends on your internet connection. So please check if you have enough reach.
The generated keywords do not match.
AI is not perfect, but we are doing our best to give you the best results. You can, however, always add a keyword to make it more personal.
Is my data secure with Bundle It?
Absolutely! We use encryption and other security measures to protect your data.
Also, no personally identifiable information is available outside our servers. We use third-party software, but it is set up and maintained by us on our servers, so do not worry.
