We need Terms of Service to keep things simple for everyone. No confusing legal jargon here – just easy-to-understand rules.
Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. We recommend you set up two-factor authentication for added security (we support both Google and Facebook Login, which both support two-factor authentication).
You may not use the Services for any purpose outlined below in the Copyright and Content Ownership chapter.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity under your account.
You must be a human. We do not welcome bots.
Hello, we are Bundle It!
"Company," "we," "our," or "us" means Bundle It. "Services" refers to our products, currently the Bundleit.app available on the App Store. We may update these terms, usually to clarify things. For big changes, we'll email you if you're using our services. By using our Services, you agree to the latest terms. This covers all our current and future products and features. If we don't enforce a term, we're not waiving it. These terms limit our liability. Violating terms may lead to account termination. Cancellation & Termination
You're responsible for canceling your account. Use our simple cancellation link in the app. Email or phone requests aren't automatic cancellations. Need help? Contact subscriptions@bundleit.app.
Upon cancellation, your content becomes inaccessible immediately. We'll delete it from active systems within 15 days and from backups within 60 days. No recovery is possible after deletion. We don't offer profile exports yet.
Canceling mid-month? It's effective immediately with no further charges. We don't prorate unused time.
We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason. Suspension blocks access; termination deletes everything. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Copyright infringement
Malware distribution
Fraud
Planning violent crimes
Any abuse towards our team results in immediate account termination.
Payments, Refunds and Plan Changes
Our free version is truly free - no data selling or ads.
We offer a free plan. If you upgrade and later cancel, your account is suspended immediately, and data is deleted within 15 days. We'll send reminders before taking any action.
Upgrading? We'll charge you immediately, starting your billing cycle. For other plan changes, new rates apply from the next cycle.
Prices exclude taxes. We'll collect and remit taxes where required; otherwise, it's your responsibility.
As a startup, we reserve the right to change prices. We will always keep you posted, and the price you agreed on when subscribing will be binding.

Modifications to the Service and Prices
We promise to keep our service running for as long as possible. This means that we will continue to maintain any legacy Services regarding security, privacy, and customer support. Sometimes, it becomes technically impossible to continue a feature, we redesign a part of our Services because we think it could be better, or we decide to close new signups for a product. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our Services with or without notice.
Sometimes we change the pricing structure for our products. When we do that, we tend to exempt existing customers from those changes. However, we may choose to change the prices for existing customers. If we do so, we will give at least 30 days' notice and will notify you via the email address on record. We may also post a notice about changes on our websites or the affected Services themselves.
Uptime, Security, and Privacy
Your use of Bundle It Services is at your sole risk. We provide these Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not offer service-level agreements for our Services, but we take the uptime of our applications seriously.
We take many measures to protect and secure your data. There are some edge cases where we may send your data through our network unencrypted. And we promise to always do our utmost to keep your data safe.
When you use our Services, you trust with your data. We take that trust to heart. You agree that Bundle It may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose. We, as humans, can access specific data of yours for the following reasons:
To help you with support requests you make. However, we do not have access to the content in your account. Any bug fixing requires testing and troubleshooting on our end, as we cannot look at your account data. While this makes support more difficult for us, the resulting privacy of this measure is more important to us and our mission.
To safeguard Bundle It. We'll look at logs and metadata (such as server activity to prevent misuse) as part of our work to ensure the security of your data and the Services as a whole.
No personally identifiable information is available outside our servers. We use third-party software, but we set it up and maintain it on our servers. Only the tags/keywords created by users will be stored.
Copyright and Content Ownership
All shared content must comply with copyright law.
You retain ownership and responsibility for all uploaded materials.
We don't pre-screen content but may remove publicly shared content violating our morals, these are the use restrictions
No child exploitation, sexualization, or abuse
No doxing or sharing private information for harassment
No intellectual property infringement beyond fair use
No malware, spyware, or harmful software distribution
No identity misrepresentation or fraud attempts
No planning, perpetrating, or threatening violent crimes
Features and Bugs
We craft our Services thoughtfully, drawing from our experience and user feedback. While we can't promise to please everyone, we strive to meet your needs. We thoroughly test features before release, but bugs happen. We prioritize fixing issues, especially those affecting security or privacy. Though we can't guarantee perfection, we're committed to delivering our best.
Storage Space Limits & Fair Use
To ensure we can keep our product at our current prices, we've established storage limits for Bundle It.
With our 21-day free trial, we do not support bulk uploads, and the upload per save is capped at 50GB.
Our annual plan increases the upload limit per file to 50MB and the total storage to 50GB.
We will also offer a subscription with even more storage in the future. If 50 GB does not cut it for you, please contact us.
Bundle It currently supports all major image formats, text, weblinks, videos, and podcasts. We do not yet support PDF or voice recording.
Liability
We mention liability throughout these Terms but to put it all in one section:
You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to this Terms of Service or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.
In other words, choosing to use our Services means you are making a bet on us. If the bet does not work out, that's on you, not us. We do our best to be as safe a bet as possible through careful business management, investments in security, infrastructure, and talent, and caring about you and your data. If you choose to use our Services, thank you for betting on us and giving your trust. We take it seriously.
